Our Staff:
Chief Clinical Officer - Sister Anne
Winkelmann, LCADC, NCACII, CCS, CCJS, CMS has over 25 years of
clinical experience in the addiction field. Anne is a Licenses
Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She has opened and supervised
various inpatient and outpatient programs in New Jersey. Anne is a
member-of the congregation assistance core team for the Diocese of
Camden. For the past 25 years, Anne has been a retreat leader for
recovering men and women, ACOA's and couples in the states of
Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, New York, Connecticut, Delaware,
Massachusetts, North Carolina, Virginia, Vermont and Florida. She is experienced with children of
alcoholics, adolescents, women, victims of incest and co-dependency.
Anne is a consultant for St. Mary's Parish in Williamstown, New
Jersey. She has given many lectures for the local community schools,
organizations, United Way and has a hot line to direct those needing
help in the parish. In 2006, she received The Prodigal House
Foundation Service Award in recognition of her Spirt of Generosity in
giving of her time to all who suffer from addictions. Also in
2006, the Addiction Treatment Providers of New Jersey awarded her the
Denis Mansmen Award for her dedication to the addiction field.
Quality Assurance
Manager - Donna Emma's responsibilities include overseeing grants
and contracts to be sure all of SODAT’s obligations are being met. She
reviews every grant and contract monthly, meets with the staff
responsible for the services and reviews their progress. She reports
any discrepancies to SODAT’s Chief Clinical Officer. The staff team
meets with Donna and Sister Anne to strategize how to correct any
problems or strengthen the program. As Quality Assurance Manager,
Donna also reviews all pre/post tests and client satisfaction
questionnaires, to identify outcome measures and programmatic
successes and problems. Donna attended Rutgers University, majoring in
Business/Law. She has a strong background in Quality Assurance having
created and maintained Diagnostic Testing as well as Radiological
processing for a large Multi-Disciplined health care facility. Donna
has also conducted seminars on OSHA Requirements as well as On the Job
Injury Prevention for many large corporations in the area.
Financial Manager: Denise Pooley’s
responsibilities here at SODAT include managing budgets and preparing
financial reports. She supervises SODAT’s SJI project, and SODAT’s
payables and receivables. Denise attended Gloucester County and
Glassboro State Colleges, majoring in Accounting and Business Law. She
has 24 years in the Accounting and Finance field, having been a Staff
Accountant with a local firm and a Financial Administrator in the
Medical Field. Denise has extensive experience in evaluating and
implementing accounting strategies specifically tailored to individual
needs. She was instrumental in growing a small private practitioner
into a large multi-discipline practice, while managing daily
operations, budgets and a staff of 20. She also oversaw the opening of
satellite offices in Camden, Mt. Holly and Philadelphia.
Office Manager: Cheryl Gurick has diversified
responsibilities including Human Resources, Payroll and Accounts
Receivable, as well as the smooth operation of all SODAT facilities.
She has 19 years experience as Office Manager/Administrative
Supervisor.
Grants Coordinator: Amy Kiger is the Grants
Coordinator for SODAT of NJ, Inc. She has experience in
Accounts Payable as well as Purchasing. Amy has been very successful
in helping SODAT obtain and maintain funding needed to provide
services to indigent individuals and families.

Cumberland: Noreen Rutherford is the
administrator for SODAT's Cumberland Office where the Women's First
program originated. She holds her Certified Alcohol and Drug
Counselor (CADC) certificate and is experienced in developing programs
to encourage change. Noreen has a passion for working with women
and children in treatment.
Gloucester: Carol Arthur has worked at SODAT
for 11 years and has her Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC)
certification. She has a Bachelors in Psychology and also holds
her Substance Awareness Counselor (SAC) Certification. Carol is
currently pursuing her International Certified Alcohol and Drug
Counselor (ICADC) certificate.
Salem: Joseph Katz holds a Bachelors of Science
in Economics, his Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC)
certification and his International Certified Alcohol and Drug
Counselor (ICADC) certificate. Joe is also a Certified Clinical
Supervisor (CCS). He has worked in the addictions field for 10
years.
